It might be important for your company, maybe for legal reasons, to have paper documents such as customs records, delivery receipts, or freight bills available in electronic form. File Express’ Imaging Service can provide your company these electronic images when and where you want them. File Express can also provide these electronic images on CD, which can provide your company legal records similar to microfiche.

Four Easy Ways to Submit Documents to File Express

Your company, your suppliers, your vendors, or your customers can submit documents that are important to your company four ways:

electronically via fax connection
magnetic tape (in any image format)
diskette (in any image format)
paper documents

Each document submitted can be any number of pages in length, but can only be referenced as one image within the Trax FPS Workstation. For example, a five-page document is considered one image.

If the documents are:	Then:
faxed	The document can originate from a computer generated fax or from a fax machine. The faxed document is sent electronically to a special fax transmission receiver located at File Express.
stored on magnetic tape	File Express employees retrieve the appropriate documents from the magnetic tape.
stored on diskette	File Express employees retrieve the appropriate documents from the diskette.
paper	File Express employees manually scan the paper documents.
