A Transfer implies (but does not enforce) the transfer of ownership of a batch
from one workgroup (say at Trax) to another (such as the customer). In
addition, when a Transfer is loaded at its destination, the destination workstation
generates a Proof Of Delivery (POD) message group back to the originating
workstation to confirm that the transfer took place.
