Image CD ROMs: Configuring the Image Load Process

Two or more entries must be made in the FILE_GRPS table:

traxhelp00090000.gif the source CD-ROM or the image CD

traxhelp00090000.gif the destination directory of the Image Files

The source CD-ROM FILE_GRP must be of the form “CD-ROM *”. The destination images FILE_GRP must be of the form “Images *”. In both cases the asterisks implies any sequence of characters. Multiple CD-ROM and destination images FILE_GRPs are allowed.

For Example: FILE_GRP GRP_PATH

CD-ROM 01 R:

CD-ROM 02 S:

Images 1995 D:\TRAX\PROD\IMAGES\1995

Images 1996 F:\TRAX\PROD\IMAGES\1996

The actual image files will be stored in the destination GRP_PATH using the OWNER_KEY as a subdirectory, followed by any directory structure employed by the CD-ROM.
