Image CD ROMs: Configuring Each Workstation

On the File Express Image CD-ROM is the file LT_DLLS.ZIP. This zip contains five files which must be installed on each workstation.

To configure each workstation:

1 Unzip LT_DLLS.ZIP and place the files into your windows and windows system directories.

2 Substitute your appropriate top level windows directory name.
For Example: WINNT35\lead52.dll
WINNT35\leaddib.drv
WINNT35\SYSTEM\lead16.ocx
WINNT35\SYSTEM\oc25.dll
WINNT35\SYSTEM\regsvr.exe

3 From File Manager, Program Manager, or a DOS box, execute the following:

C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM\regsvr.exe C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM\lead16.ocx

If ran from a DOS box, you should receive confirmation that the OCX has been successfully registered. This registers the Lead Technologies OCX which is necessary for displaying images.
